Subject : Prayer for time
extension of submission of Draft Audit Report.
Dear Sir,
With reference to your appointment
dated ......................, we were allowed to take up the job on dated...................
and accordingly asked for furnishing of certain documents for our verification
as per Terms of Reference (TOR) attached with the appointment letter but only a
minimum portion of papers were furnished and made available for our
verification uptil now.
Since we are to submit draft
report on dated................. and by this time, festival vacation starts
from dated................, it became difficult to complete the verification of
accounts fulfilling each and every point under 36 Terms of Reference and as
such we would ask you to allow another 15 (fifteen) days time excluding the festival
vacation of 7 (seven) days cropping up in this
regard.
Hope you would consider the
practical difficulties in this regard and thereby allow us the extension of
time for submission of Draft Report.
